* 504 West Gordon Street (Parcel # T22 040) - Rezoning Request to go from M-R-C (Multifamily Residential District with Conditions) to C-1 (Neighbor Commercial) zoning district.
* 506 West Gordon Street (Parcel # T22 041) - Rezoning Request to go from M-R-C (Multifamily Residential District with Conditions) to C-1 (Neighbor Commercial) zoning district.
* 115 Thurston Avenue (Parcel # T22 042) - Rezoning Request to go from M-R-C (Multifamily Residential District with Conditions) to C-1 (Neighbor Commercial) zoning district.
* 113 Thurston Avenue (Parcel # T22 043) - Rezoning Request to go from M-R-C (Multifamily Residential District with Conditions) to C-1 (Neighbor Commercial) zoning district.

A vote by City Council will be held on April 4th 2023 at the regular City Council meeting at 7:00pm.
